Lithology and Thickness
Sandstone. 3 Phases: Lowest (Phase I) = Generally sands and gravels etc., of Balagonda area. Phases II and III = Laterite sand and gravels of Balagonda area
Relationships and Distribution
Lower contact
Conformable on Ratanpura Fm (?), or Unconformity on underlying Precambrian
Upper contact
Locally conformably overlain by Residual Sandstones Fm (which is partly a soil development downward into this formation?)
